Starting the week: 2 of Pentacles
To the victor goes the spoils. You’re ready to fight dirty and, metaphorically, kill if necessary to acheive that improved position in your life. It’s a simple process, really. Brutalize the other guy until he is afraid to do anything. Then, call him out for doing nothing. Just be careful what you wish for.
This Week: Knave of Cups
You don’t even need to cover your tracks if you can project the proper emotions onto others. Make sure people feel the way you need them to feel. Just remember: SciFi fans and occultists may call people like you “emapaths.” The rest of the world calls you a con artist.
The Foreseeable Future: Knave of Swords
You will enjoy a tyrannical reign over your current department. You will even appreciate the notable raise that came with your treachery. That temple behind you is the One True Management, however. You will be damned to forever pass Their word onto your subjects. They will never trust you to rise beyond your station. You have no one else to sacrifice to elevate your career. You will end your career with Them as little more than Their vile mouthpiece.
That’s if you didn’t inspire a coworker to exploit your weakness. Watch your back. Always watch your back.
