In strict definition this card speaks of growing mastery in your work. Threes can also denote harmony over many separate thoughts and traits that might, in other times, not get along so well. You can make each new fracture of yourself get along with the others just the same.
As the months and years follow, those fractures will grow to nearly master their individual tasks. The most prominent aspects of their own personalities until, at last, you will have harmony with your work and yourself.
No one said it would be easy or pretty.
